In LinkFans, an Agency is organized in three main roles, as shown in the Agency Dashboard:

• Agency Owner

  • The top-level account for the agency workspace.
  • Creates the agency, manages billing and plan, and has full permissions over managers, talents, and pages.

• Manager

  • Works under the Agency Owner.
  • Can help manage talents, pages, and campaigns: create/edit pages, review performance, and handle day-to-day operations (within the permissions given by the Owner).
  • You can have multiple managers in one agency to split responsibilities by team or region.

• Talent

  • The creators / individual profiles managed by the agency.
  • Each talent can have their own pages, links, posts, and analytics, all visible inside the Agency Dashboard.

In short: Agency Owner → Managers → Talents & their pages.

The dashboard lets you see all talents and managers in one place and track performance for the entire agency.
